2 stalk curry leaves - 3g

2 cup water - 500ml
80g tamarind pulp in water - 400ml
1 tbsp salt - 18g
5 slices fish - 500g
Cooking Method
1 SautƩ ingredients A in hot oil in the sequence listed (5min).
2 Add Baba Hot & Spicy Fish Curry Powder and little water, sautƩ till oil separates.
3 Add water, tamarind juice, salt and cook (10min).
4 Reduce the flame; add fish and cook till done (5min).
