1 tsp salt - 5 g
2 tsp sugar - 8.5 g
1/2 cup tamarind juice - 125 ml
3 cup fried anchovies - 300g

1/2 cup oil - 125 ml
5 shallots, pounded - 50 g
2 cloves garlic, pounded - 9 g
2 tbsp Baba Chilli Powder - 20g
1/2 cup water - 125 ml
Cooking Method
1 Saute A ingredients with onion rings (1min).
2 Add in salt, sugar followed by tamarind juice and stir well (5min).
3 Add in anchovies and mix well (2min).
