1 packet of Adabi Soup Spices
300g chicken or beef
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
6 cloves of onions (crushed)
1/2 inch ginger (pounded)
4 pieces potatoes
6 cups of water
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Local celery and fried onions for garnishing
Cooking Instructions
1. Heat the cooking oil. Sautee the garlic, onions and ginger until brownish and fragrant.
2. Add in water, chicken or beef, potatoes and Adabi Soup Spices. Let boil at medium heat for 1/2 hour or until the chicken or beef is fully cooked and potatoes become tender.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Serve and garnish with local celery and fried onions
