2 Place Crispy Fry Flour in a bowl. Add in water and cooking oil, stir until well combined.
3 Coat food with the batter and fry until golden brown.
Tip
Oil is ready to use when bubbles appear immediately surrounding a drop of batter in the preheated oil.
