Bring to the boil then add contents of packet.
Stir continuously whilst returning to boil then simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
(Cooking times apply to 850 watt microwave oven & are a guide only).
Pasta Pizza Omlette
Cook La Pasta Mushroom & Herb Flavour 120g according to stovetop or microwave directions. Meanwhile, beat 6 eggs, 1 tbsp plain flour and 3 tbsp water together, season to taste. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a frying pan. Pour egg mixture into pan and reduce heat. Cook for 5-6 mins until brown. Place large spoonfuls of pasta mixture over omlette and then add pizza toppings (such as sliced ham or salami, roast capsicum strips, sliced mushrooms or pitted, sliced black olives) and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Place under grill until cheese melts. Serves 4
