Pour a packet of ā€Bunga Rayaā€ 10g Agar-Agar Extract Powder into 1000ml (1 litre) of water to boil for 10 minutes until dissolved.
Add sugar (150g), flavour and colouring as desired stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture solution into a mould, cut into pieces. Decorate and serve with fruit.
