115 ml (1/2 cup) water
125ml (1/2 cup and 2 tablespoon) vegetable oil
2 eggs, paper muffin cups, muffin tray
Preparation method:
1 Heat oven to 190°C. Place paper muffin cups in muffin tray.
2 Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until uniform batter forms. Divide batter among muffin about 3/4 of the cup
3 Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in the tray and serve.
