Boil 2000ml (or 8 rice bowls) water, add in Yew Chian Haw ā€Lok Mei Cheng Poh Leongā€ ingredients and bring to boil. Then add in 500gm of Chicken or any kind of meat to simmer until meat tender. Add salt to taste.
