800g-1kg chicken, cut to preferred size
1500ml (6 rice bowls) water
Salt to taste
Cooking Method
1 Place 2 filter bags (do not open bags) into boiling water for 30 minutes.
2 Add meat, cover and simmer over medium flame for 1.5 hours.
3 Add salt to taste.
Serves 4-6 persons
